I was just telling ...Funny you should mention this. I was just telling my daughter how much I would love to get back into canning. I have tons of Kerr/Ball/Mason jars lying around waiting to be used, but have no blessed clue what to can, and or where to go to find good information about canning.<BR/><BR/>I, like you, would prefer to can. Since living in Florida leaves us vulnerable to hurricanes and being without electricity. Canning is the way, I just need to get my hiney in gear and do the research.
